Chamomile is a very popular traditional herbal drink. It is a good nerve tonic, sleep aid, appetite stimulant, and digestive aid. It relieves the bladder, colds, asthma, colitis, diverticulosis, fever, headaches, hemorrhoids, muscle cramps, inflammation, and pain. It is also effective in the treatment of rheumatism, arthritis, worms, and jaundice.

How to prepare Organic Chamomile Tea:

Place the tea bag (s) in a cup or teapot. Add boiling distilled water and allow to steep for 5 minutes.

Use one tea bag per cup/person.

Sweeten with raw honey if sweetness is preferred.

How to make Chamomile Oil:

Break some Chamomile tea bags and empty the flower into a small bottle. Cover the content with Olive Oil. Put on a tight lid on the bottle and keep in sun for two weeks and thereafter, store in the refrigerator and use whenever needed. Warm whatever oil is going to be used before massaging well into the skin.

Chamomile Steam Bath:

Simmer 4 tea bags of Chamomile in 4 cups of distilled water for 5 minutes. Place the Chamomile Tea in a large bowl. Cover the head with a heavy bath towel and hold the face about 8 inches above the bowl containing the freshly made tea for 12 to 15 minutes at a time.

How to prepare Chamomile Concentrates:

Place 10 tea bags in 1 liter of distilled water. Boil 5 minutes, then simmer 10 minutes.

Chamomile Enema Solution:

Dilute 1 glass (250ml) of the Chamomile Concentrates with 2 glasses (500ml) of distilled water. The solution must be at body temperature. Retain for 15 minutes.

Chamomile Implant:

Take 1 glass of the Chamomile Concentrates and implant into the colon using enema or enema bucket.
